    Alternative dispute resolution

Such arbitration shall be conducted in Bloemfontein in English and/or Afrikaans. The arbitration ruling shall be binding and final. The unsuccessful party shall pay the costs of the successful party on a scale as between attorney and own client.

    Legal costs
