We have been quite busy re-posting old articles that we feel still have value to our visitors. As part of this process we also updated the real estate calculators that were available on the old Huis-Huis website. And we figure that a a list of links to all those calculators would be a dandy idea. So, without further ado, here is our collection of handy real estate calculators for you to use:
Registration And Transfer Cost Calculators
- Use the Transfer Duty Calculator to calculate the transfer duty payable on registration of transfer.
- The Bond Registration Costs Calculator will help you calculate the registration costs payable on registration of a mortgage bond.
- Transfer Cost Calculator – Use this calculator to calculate all the costs involved in transferring a property to your name. It calculates attorney fees, deeds office fees, transfer duty and VAT payable on those amounts for both the registration of transfer and the mortgage bond registration.
