A photograph of a little boy tussling with a sumo wrestling giant. I found this picture on ChurchBytes to illustrate the negotiations between a seller and a real estate agent when it comes to commissions. I think it is a fair analogy. Selecting an image actually came down to a toss-up between this one and the one at InvestorVoice. I think the best boy won.
