Home Affordability Calculator
The Home Affordability Calculator calculates your approximate allowed monthly mortgage bond repayments, the maximum home loan amount you may be able to afford and an affordable home purchase price, based on information you provide. Just fill in your annual income, monthly housing subsidy, your spouse’s annual income, your spouse’s monthly housing subsidy, the total deposit you have saved up, the interest rate that you expect to be paying on the home loan and the term of the loan. Then click the “Calculate” button, and (almost like magic) the answers will appear in the table below.
Please note that there are additional variable costs, such as insurance (and other factors dictated by your banking institution’s mortgage bond approval policies) , that we have not taken into account in this home affordability calculator.
We sincerely hope the Huis-Huis Home Affordability Calculator proves helpful.
