A bond repayment factor table is a very useful tool when calculating bond amounts and bond repayments.
Using The Table
The bond repayment factors are listed in columns for various terms and rows for various interest rates.
To find the relevant factor, simply follow the row for your interest rate and the column for your term to the cell where they intersect. The number displayed in this cell is your bond repayment factor.
The bond repayment factors for every possible interest rate and term cannot be listed in this table, or it would have to be a thick book. If your factor is not listed, use the factors closest to it in your calculations. This is not ideal, but these calculations will give you a fair idea of the answer.
